OUR WEDDING WEEKEND

We are excited to invite you to our wedding celebration at Cedar Lakes Estate, which is a beautiful camp-like retreat less than two hours from New York City.

We have an entire weekend of festivities planned and hope you can join us from Friday till Sunday.

Please note, if traveling by air, EWR is closer (~1.5hrs) and less of a traffic risk than LGA or JFK (~2hrs).

We would love to invite you to stay onsite at Cedar Lakes Estate. We have the entire property for two nights and are excited to spend the weekend with you.

Your accommodation will be private and within a short walking distance to all weekend events. The property has everything you'll need and we will be providing all meals throughout the weekend.

You will receive an e-mail as our date approaches with your specific lodging assignment, pricing and booking information.

Your accommodation will be a private room within a larger cottage, with shared living spaces and bathrooms. It will be within a short walking distance to all weekend events. The property has everything you'll need and we will be providing all meals throughout the weekend.

Your accommodation will be one of four beds within a luxury cabin, with a shared bathroom. It will be within a short walking distance to all weekend events. The property has everything you'll need and we will be providing all meals throughout the weekend.

WHAT SHOULD I PACK
Extra layers- it can get chilly at night

Athletic clothing/sneakers- bring options for hiking, yoga, biking, boating, tennis, pickle ball, etc.

Bathing suit/flip flops- for hanging out at the “beach” down by the lake, or by the pool

Personal Toiletries- toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, etc. (shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided)

We will provide sunscreen and bug spray but if you have a preferred brand please bring it!

**Please note, while the wedding reception will be inside, the cocktail hour and ceremony are outside and the ceremony is down a cobblestone path nestled in pine trees- please plan footwear accordingly!


WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED
Yes, the shuttle will take you from the Orange Inn for both Friday and Saturday evening events. For Saturday during the day and Sunday brunch you are welcome to drive. If you would like to drive to the wedding instead, valet is available.


CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN
While we love your kiddos, this weekend is for adults only.


WHAT ACTIVITIES ARE THERE ON SITE
Swimming, boating, SUP boards, tennis, pickleball, basketball, lawn games, hiking, etc. There will be plenty to see and do! If you'd like to bring your own pickleball or tennis racket you are more than welcome, but there will be equipment on site.

We will be providing all meals throughout the weekend and there are snacks available in your rooms/houses as well as for purchase in the Canteen. You are welcome to bring food and drinks for your accommodations if you’d like, as there are not places nearby to stock up.
